Ricewoods Lab operates Tabi Rehearsal and this support website. Contact us at support@ricewoodslab.com for privacy questions.
2. Information stored in the app
Course progress, answers, hint use, selected practice coins and language settings are stored locally on your device. The app does not send these practice records to Ricewoods Lab servers. There is no account registration, advertising SDK, analytics SDK or user tracking. Passports, tickets and IC balances in the practice scenes are fictional; the app does not ask for real passport or payment details.
3. Speech and external services
Spoken prompts use iOS speech synthesis. The app does not record your microphone. Reference and support links open external websites, whose providers have their own privacy policies. Apple processes App Store purchases; the app has no in-app purchases or subscriptions.
4. Support email
If you contact us, we receive the email address, message, and attachments you choose to send. We use them to respond, investigate reported issues and improve the app. Please send only information needed for your question. Support records are kept for as long as needed to handle the inquiry and related issues, or as required by law. You may ask us to delete your support correspondence by emailing the address above; we will handle the request subject to any necessary legal retention.
5. This website
This website does not include advertising or analytics trackers, and does not set cookies for advertising or analytics. Our hosting and network providers may process technical information such as IP addresses and request logs to deliver and secure the website. Email services also process messages as needed to deliver support correspondence.
6. Managing local data
Restarting a course resets its practice record. Deleting the app removes its local data from the device; offloading the app may retain the data. iOS backup and restore settings may allow app data to be backed up and restored. Ricewoods Lab does not operate an account-based progress sync service.
7. Changes
We may update this policy when the app or its operation changes. The updated policy and its revision date will be published on this page.
