Ricewoods Lab operates Tabi Reader and this support site. For privacy questions, contact support@ricewoodslab.com.
Records on your device
Course and scene progress, answers, hints and translations used, stars, the review list, challenge results and completion dates, and language settings are stored locally on your device. The app does not send these practice records to Ricewoods Lab servers. It has no account registration, ads, analytics SDKs or tracking.
Purchases and external services
Apple handles App Store purchases. We do not receive your card details. The app has no in-app purchases or subscriptions. Support and privacy links open a browser. External websites and Apple services apply their own privacy policies. If you use TestFlight and submit feedback or screenshots, those submissions are handled by Apple’s TestFlight service and made available to the developer.
Support email
If you contact us, we receive the email address, message and attachments you choose to send. We use them to respond and investigate the issue. We keep support correspondence for as long as needed to handle the inquiry and related issues, or as required by law. You can ask us to delete it by emailing support@ricewoodslab.com, subject to necessary legal retention. Please avoid sending passwords, payment information or unnecessary personal details.
This website
This site does not include advertising or analytics trackers or cookies for those purposes. Hosting, network and email providers may process technical information such as IP addresses and request logs to deliver and secure their services.
Deleting data and backups
Reset practice records in Language & settings clears practice progress, stars, the review list, challenge history and the unfinished session; it keeps your language setting. Deleting the app removes its local data. Offloading may retain data, and iOS backup and restore settings may preserve or restore copies. Ricewoods Lab does not operate a progress-sync service. Resetting records does not delete Apple purchase history or support correspondence.

We may update this policy when app features or our practices change. The updated text and revision date will be published here.
