Information on your device
Pet profiles, owner names, care notes, visit records and selected photos stay in the app on your device. Private profile care notes are not included in visit PDFs.
Collection and photo selection
We do not run an account service, collect your app records, or use advertising, analytics or tracking SDKs. Photos are copied only when you select them with the system picker.
Purchases and Apple services
Apple processes purchases. StoreKit provides signed purchase information to the app to enable Pro. We do not receive your card details. Product information, purchase and restore use Apple services; its privacy policy applies to those services.
Exporting and sharing
Backups include all records and photos. Reports and files leave the app only when you export or share them. Your chosen app or storage provider handles the exported data. Keep backups private and review reports before sharing.
Deletion and backups
You can delete records in the app. Deleting the app removes its local data; offloading may retain it. iOS backup settings may also preserve copies. Deleting records does not delete exported files, device backups or Apple's purchase history. Before replacing data during a backup restore, the app keeps a recovery copy of the old file on device. Deleting the app also removes those local recovery copies. There is no automatic record sync.
Support email
If you email support, Ricewoods Lab receives the address, message and attachments you choose to send, and uses them to answer and investigate your request. We keep them only as needed to resolve the request or meet legal obligations. You may request deletion by email. Do not send passwords, payment details or unnecessary client information.
This website
This website does not include advertising or analytics trackers or cookies for those purposes. Hosting, network and email providers may process information such as IP addresses and request logs to deliver and secure their services. External services apply their own privacy policies.
Policy updates
We may update this policy when the app or our practices change. We publish the updated policy and its revision date on this page.
