Who operates the app
Ricewoods Lab operates RoomFlip and this support website. Contact support@ricewoodslab.com about privacy. Advertising and purchase features are not used in versions where those features are disabled.
Game data on your device
Progress, best results and preferences stay on your device. The app does not send game records to a Ricewoods Lab server. It has no account registration or account-based cloud sync.
Advertising and your choices
When ads are enabled, the app uses Google AdMob and User Messaging Platform. Their SDKs may process IP-derived approximate location, device identifiers, ad views and interactions, usage interactions, crash reports, performance and diagnostic data for advertising, measurement, fraud prevention and service improvement. The app requests non-personalized ads and disables Publisher First Party ID; this does not eliminate data processing. It does not request ATT tracking permission. Where applicable, make choices in the consent message and revisit Settings > Ad privacy choices when that option is required. See Google’s privacy policy and its use of data from partner services.
Purchases
Apple’s App Store and StoreKit handle payments and purchase restoration. The app checks product identifiers and entitlement or refund status to apply Remove Ads. Ricewoods Lab does not receive payment card details. Removing ads does not stop purchase entitlement checks or support correspondence. See Apple’s privacy policy.
Support and this website
If you email us, we receive your email address, message and any attachments you choose to send. We use these to respond and investigate issues, retaining them as needed for the inquiry and related issues or as required by law. This website includes no advertising or analytics scripts. Hosting and network providers may process IP addresses and request logs to deliver and secure it.
Managing data and contacting us
Deleting the app removes local game data; OS backups and offloading may retain it. Contact the address above to request access, correction or deletion of support correspondence, subject to necessary legal retention. Consult Apple’s and Google’s policies for the data they handle, retention, international processing and ways to exercise your rights.

We update this page and its revision date when features or operations change.
